The search box on this site requests a first name, last name, and state. When submitted, those values appear in the address of the site's report-builder page. That page reads them and can pass the name and state to a separate commercial search provider if a visitor selects its offer. The form does not ask for a date of birth. Names in a page address may remain in browser history or be included in technical request logs; do not enter details you do not want transmitted.
Messages and Contact Submissions
The site files do not provide an on-page message form or a site-owner email address. The Contact page lists government offices for official records questions; those offices are not a privacy contact for this privately operated site. A visitor who continues to a commercial search service must use that provider's notice and request process.
Data We Gather Automatically

The Sheriff's public search and each issuing court answer different questions; Texas has no single public statewide warrant portal. The site does not create an official consumer report.

The report-builder page displays a commercial search offer. If you select a button to continue, the entered name and state are added to a link for that provider. The provider controls what it collects next, how long it retains information, and whether it shares data. Read its privacy notice before continuing; a marketing display is not an official warrant result.

Links to the Sheriff's Office, courts, city departments, statutes, and commercial services leave this site. Their privacy statements apply to activity on their pages. DPS and OmniBase references cover only reported failure-to-appear or failure-to-pay matters, not a statewide public warrant roster.
This project includes no advertising pixel in its site script. Any tracking or advertising technology used by a linked provider is governed by that provider's own notice.
Who Might See Your Data
Information may be processed by the following services or offices as a result of site use:
- The hosting provider, which delivers pages and may maintain request logs
- The commercial search provider, if you continue from the report-builder offer
